Determine Which Team is assigned the date of your event.
Contact the Team Leader for your event date.
It is best if you can contact us at least 3 weeks prior to the event.

Things we need to know:
1. Time and Date of the event
2. How many Microphones are needed.
3.Do you have music to be played?
4.Do you have a PowerPoint presentation for the big screens?
5.Do you have a DVD video to play?
6.Do you need special lighting?
7.Do you need the event recorded? a) just audio or b) audio and video
8.How many rehearsals and what are the dates?

Your team's assigned week runs from Monday thru Sunday. In addition to the Sunday worship services, your team is responsible for regularly scheduled band practice on Wednesday nights, contemporary band practice on Thur. nights, and Sunday afternoons as well as any other events during your week that need sound/video. Remember, if you have a scheduling conflict it is up to you to find your replacement.
